I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. I was first drawn to it for the physical benefits, but have realized other benefits as well. I find the practice of linking breath with movement allows one to focus on the now, letting the past and future fall away. The ability to do this is so important especially given the fast paced, information driven world that we live in. I have recently completed the 200 hr yoga training and am recognized as a registered yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance. Being new to teaching, I especially enjoy working with beginners and those that are just beginning their yoga “journey.” It has been extremely rewarding to share my love of yoga with others and witness their growth.
