Movement off the Mat

Movement off the Mat classes are designed to explore the fundamentals of movement, unrestricted by a yoga mat. We will challenge your stability, mobility, balance, strength and coordination through the full range of movement which will include squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, hanging and locomotion. These classes will be presented through an all-levels, progressive approach. Students can work at their own pace and everyone is welcome. This is a great way to fill in the gaps that might exist in your asana practice.
