Vinyasa yoga, often described as a moving meditation, is a dynamic breath-focused practice that utilizes sun salutations to link intelligently sequenced poses into a continuously flowing organic whole.
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. I was first drawn to it for the physical benefits, but have realized other benefits as well. I find the practice of linking breath with movement allows one to focus on the now, letting the past and future fall away.
